Our People, of course, The ATC team now consists of more than 550 people in our ranks at all hierarchical levels with specific and complementary skills.
Our management helm, our department directors as well as our site supervisors are supported by a structured team with appropriate training relative to their expertise. Professional Training is of paramount importance at ATC, due to the challenges of our industry, manufacturing and assembling structures and other metallic structures.
Hence we work with CETE APAVE - Mali, a company responsible for the training and the certification of our skilled workers who are issued qualification certificates recognized internationally. A dedicated departement has been established in 2012 to acquire the ISO 9001 : 2008 to which ATC is committed.
